Collaboration of northern NGOs to amplify the impact of individual NGOs by sharing resources, expertise, initiatives, experience, influencing policy and advocacy efforts to address broader development and donor issues more effectively; and working together to achieve greater collective impact than each operated alone.

• Knowledge sharing:

Facilitate the exchange of information, best practices, and research findings among member NGOs to improve program effectiveness. 

• Capacity building:

Provide training and technical support to strengthen the capabilities of partner NGOs within the network. 

• Advocacy and policy influence:

Collaboration to advocate for policy changes on critical issues at local, national, and international levels. 

• Resource mobilization:

Activate the resources, including funding, personnel, and expertise, to undertake larger scale projects or initiatives. 

• Collaboration on projects:

Coordination for joint projects across partner NGOs to tackle complex issues requiring a multi-sectoral approach. 

• Networking and partnership building:

Connect partner NGOs with potential funders, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders. 

• Monitoring and evaluation:

Establishing systems to track and evaluate the collective impact of network activities.
